Hope Beyond Borders: A Bridge to Safety for Ahmad’s Family
For months, we have watched in heartbreak as Gaza has endured unimaginable devastation. Families have been torn apart, homes reduced to rubble, and survival has become a daily battle. Amid this crisis, I have had the honor of sponsoring my brother and best friend, Ahmad, and our family, providing what support I could as they faced starvation, displacement, and loss.
Ahmad’s journey has been one of immense hardship. He was injured during the war, suffering wounds that required multiple surgeries. Even after escaping Gaza, he has battled illness and struggled to recover in a place where resources are scarce. Now in Egypt, he is trying to rebuild his life while also caring for his sister and her four young children, all of whom have suffered unimaginable trauma. They are safe from the bombs, but survival remains uncertain—rent, food, diapers, clothing, and medical care are constant struggles in a country where work is scarce and expenses are high.
And the fight is not over. The rest of Ahmad’s family remains trapped in Gaza, facing daily airstrikes, hunger, and displacement. They have lost everything, forced to move again and again, clinging to the hope that they will one day be reunited. We are doing everything in our power to get them out as soon as possible, but the financial burden is overwhelming. They will need funds not only for safe passage but also to survive while they wait for the chance to rebuild their lives.
This is where we need your help. Hope Beyond Borders is more than just a campaign—it is a lifeline for Ahmad’s family. Every donation goes directly toward securing food, shelter, medical care, and the means to reunite a family torn apart by war. Your support can help provide a safe future for children who have known nothing but loss, for a sister who has fought to keep her family together, and for Ahmad, who has endured so much yet continues to hold on to hope.
The road ahead is long, but with your help, we can bridge the gap between survival and a new beginning. Please consider donating, sharing, and keeping this family in your prayers. Together, we can be the difference that brings them to safety.

Hey guys,
The situation in Gaza is beyond words.
They are starving. Starving. Any food that has reached them is sold at exorbiant prices. Think $2500 usd for one bag of flour. Meat- $700 per kilo [2.2 lbs.].
Trying to seek aid, they die.
I can’t cover this alone. I can’t.
We need your help more than ever.
We just returned from visiting our family in Egypt—and it was like living a dream. After everything he has endured, to finally be together again felt surreal. There are no words big enough to hold the gratitude we all feel. He, his sister, and her children have survived the impossible. And yet, they still carry the weight of unimaginable trauma.
During our visit, we laughed, played games, and saw some of the beauty Egypt has to offer. But joy existed side by side with grief. Every moment was shadowed by the harsh reality they still face: the struggle of daily survival in Egypt, where they cannot leave without enormous sums of money. Imagine having escaped a nightmare only to be completely dependent on others, while your loved ones are still trapped inside that nightmare.
Right now, their family members in Gaza are pleading for help. They are starving. Displaced again and again, sleeping on the streets. Flour costs $600 a bag—if it can even be found. The fear, the pain, the hunger—they are living through a level of suffering most of us can’t even fathom. And still, the world largely looks away.
As a best friend, it’s a privilege to support him. But it’s also excruciating to witness the ongoing torment.
To those who have donated or shared our campaign: thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Your support means everything.
But we’re not done. Evacuation is still possible—but only with your continued help. Please share this campaign. Please give, if you can. Every single share and every single dollar brings us one step closer to safety for his family.
Thank you for not turning away.
Campaign Update: Thank You for Your Support
Ramadan has come to an end, but the genocide has not. We want to extend our deepest gratitude to everyone who has donated, shared, and supported this campaign. Your generosity has provided critical aid, but the needs remain overwhelming.
Most people cannot truly grasp the level of devastation on the ground. Families like ours have no safety, no food, no clean water, no shelter, no clean clothes, and no hygiene essentials. Every single day is a fight for survival.
Please, don’t let awareness fade. Continue to donate, share, and advocate. Your support is life-saving. The crisis is not over—neither can our efforts be.
